GET IN TOUCHThe Watchmen Project
Securing Places of Worship
On Sunday, November 5, 2017, yet another place of worship was attacked by a lone gunman. Twenty-six victims lost their lives as they gathered to practice their faith and met a tragic fate. A neighbor with a gun ended the life of the perpetrator after the damage had been done...What if the church had had a plan to react to a live shooter situation? What if a member of the congregation had returned fire? Unfortunately, in this case, we'll never know.
What if we planned ahead for evil before it happened? What if we practiced securing and evacuating a building in the event of a live shooter just like we do fire drills? What if we had appointed watchmen, trained and ready to respond, watching the flock as the worship service was conducted?
These are the questions we would like to help you answer. Project Watchmen is designed to help you do just that. Contact us today to arrange an onsite review of your place of worship and the strategies you may be able to put into place to solve these real world security threats.
This course is offered as a public service for little to no cost thanks to the efforts of our volunteer instructors and the donations we receive from our neighbors in Central Florida. Click below to arrange a seminar or get involved!
TnT Project
Technical n Tactical
Sure, you have that new gun and plenty of ammo... Do you have the skills to develop your own technical and tactical plan to defend your home from an intruder? What about two or more intruders? What are the strengths and weaknesses of your home or place of business floorplans? What about the kids and pets? What about accurately engaging an assailant in the dark or low-light? What about clearing other outbuildings on your property?
These are just some of the questions we answer in our TnT Project two day workshop. Here's just a sample of what you'll learn.

- Weapon Selection
- Clearing a Structure Alone
- Low Light Scenarios
- Shoot/Don't Shoot Drills
- Weapon/Ammo Caching
- Partner/Squad Based Scenarios

Prerequisite: To participate in the TnT Project, prospective students must complete all three of the NRA Basic Courses, Rifle, Pistol and Shotgun to ensure a solid foundation in engaging targets with these platforms.
NRA Refuse to be a Victim ® Project
Security Through Seminars
As the old adage goes..."The best offense is a good defense". This is truly the heart of the NRA Refuse to be a Victim ® program.

Refuse To Be A Victim seminars are designed to teach strategies people can integrate into their everyday lives to avoid becoming a victim of crime. Each class may last as long as 4 or 5 hours and include the entire lesson plan. However, the curriculum can be modified to 1 to 2 hours to cover topics that best suit the needs of a particular audience.
This is not a firearms instruction course, and does not include instruction in physical combat self-defense.
Seminars teach common weaknesses that criminals tend to take advantage of, and a variety of corrective measures that are practical, inexpensive and easy to follow. The seminar includes classroom instruction on criminal psychology, automobile crimes; cyber safety, home security, and a variety of crime prevention strategies including carjack avoidance techniques, use of personal safety devices, and more.
Students receive the Refuse To Be A Victim® student handbook, NRA Refuse To Be A Victim® brochure, Refuse To Be A Victim® Firearms Supplement, and a course completion certificate. This course is offered as a public service for little to no cost thanks to the efforts of our volunteer instructors and the donations we receive from our neighbors in Central Florida.
